B&B D’ Olle Pastorie also has a number of rules. Below you will find these at a glance.
B&B-rooms (reservations up to 6 people)
Our room rates include beds made, 2 towels + washcloth per person, a rich breakfast, coffee, tea, drinks and a possible packed lunch (to be put together during breakfast) and daily cleaning of the bathroom. The city tax of €1,50 p.p.p.n. is included.
Check-in time
We would like to welcome you between 4.30 pm and 6 pm. If it is not possible to arrive within these times, we ask you to contact us in time and (in consultation) to arrange another time.
Breakfast and check-out time
Breakfast is served between 07:30 and 09:30 (to be used until 10:15 at the latest due to check-out time at 10:30 at the latest). It is possible (in consultation) to deviate from these breakfast times. If that does not work, you will have the opportunity to put together a breakfast / packed lunch the day before (or to have this taken care of by us).
Terms of payment B&B room(s)
For reservations shorter than 4 nights, 100% of the reservation value must be paid within 3 days of confirmation (no later than the day before arrival). For reservations of 4 nights or more, a deposit of 50% of the reservation value must be made within 3 days after confirmation. We ask you to pay the remaining 50% of the reservation value by bank transfer no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
For any extras you cannot pay with a debit or credit card on site, but in cash or via a payment request.
In the absence of (part of) the payment, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation unilaterally, of course we will first request to contact you before deciding to do so.
Cancellation policy B&B room(s)
In case of cancellation from 2 weeks before the arrival date, you are obliged to pay 50% of the reservation value to D’Olle Pastorie. In case of cancellation from 1 week before the arrival date, you are obliged to pay 100% of the reservation value to D’Olle Pastorie.
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance (unless you have continuous cancellation insurance).
When booking B&B rooms, from 6 people, the payment and cancellation conditions apply as for the Group Accommodation (see below)
Group accommodation D’Olle Pastorie (all B&B rooms + kitchen)
Our prices for the Group accommodation include coffee, tea, beds made, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 towels + washcloth* per person, a welcome treat from the region on arrival, use of electricity, water, gas, final cleaning. The city tax of € 1.00 p.p.p.n. is included. *for longer stays refresh available.
Breakfast
Breakfast is exclusive, you can order it for an additional fee of € 10,- p.p.p.d. (at least one week in advance).
Check-in time
Possible from 3 pm, please indicate an expected arrival time.
Check-out time
Check-out time is 10 am.
Group accommodation payment terms (all rooms)
When booking the group accommodation, a deposit of 50% applies within 3 days and at the latest 1 month before the check-in date the remaining 50%. In the confirmation email you receive from us you will find the necessary information.
In the absence of (part of) the payment, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation unilaterally, of course we will first request to contact you before deciding to do so.
Cancellation policy
For reservations from 6 people or Group accommodation, the customer is obliged to pay 50% of the reservation value to D’Olle Pastorie in case of cancellation from 4 weeks before the arrival date. In case of cancellations from 2 weeks before the arrival date, you are obliged to pay 100% of the reservation value to D’Olle Pastorie.

Holiday home with sauna
Our prices for the detached holiday home with sauna include coffee, tea, 4 rolls of toilet paper, beds made, 2 towels + washcloth per person, 1 large sauna bath towel + large towel and bathrobe for use of the saunas. Free use of the Infrared sauna. Per block of 3 or 4 nights, 1x use of the wood-fired sauna is included, per week 2x use of the wood-fired sauna is included. More frequent use of the wood-fired sauna can be ordered at an additional cost of € 25.00 at a time.
Excluding tourist tax of € 1.50 p.p.p.n.

Breakfast is not included, which you can order for an additional fee of € 12.50 p.p.p.d. (at least one week in advance).
